days and weeks and moments
rushing, continual, perpetual burdens
decisions with consequences
decrees with vexations
crushing, keeling temper
till
this, place
silent but bird song, the obliging zephyr

close the eyes, senses, urges

reset emotional touchstones

regain tranquility, solidarity
of mind, body, soul
